The 30, 60 and 120 hour Coaching From a Faith Based Leader's Perspective coaching bootcamp programs are designed for applicants who hold a qualifying educational degrees and are seeking to fulfill requirements for the Board Certified Coach (BCC) coaching certification through the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) to become a certified life coach, business coach or in another area of speciality. Our new, powerful initiative, Coaching From a Faith-Based Leader's Perspective , is offered through a partnership with the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), and in collaboration with Dr. William H. Curtis, Senior Pastor of Mount Ararat Baptist Church in Pittsburgh, PA. Leaders in the faith community actively guide, lead, care for, and uplift others. There are moments when coaching is the key to unlocking personal growth and transformation. Training in coaching can help you deepen your ability to connect with your faith community members about issues impacting their professional and personal development. The Board Certified Coach (BCC) credential can enhance your professional credibility and broaden your scope of services as a faith leader, expanding your impact in your community and beyond.

Is our hybrid BCC Coaching Bootcamp right for you?

The 30, 60 and 120 hour programs, Coaching From a Faith-Based Leader's Perspective, are designed to equip clergy and spiritual leaders with coaching training, enables them to offer coaching services as part of their ministry, community, and beyond. The training will consist of in-person and online (virtual) training sessions, administered to clergy and spiritual leaders. Dr. Curtis will also be on the journey to become a BCC with The Barnabas Team. The faith-based BCC training aligns appropriately with the current BCC Curriculum core competencies and credentialing requirements, requiring qualified faith leaders to complete at least thirty (30) hours of training, including a minimum of 15 hours of in-person training and 15 hours of online asynchronous training based on their education and experience level.

Applicants for the Coaching From a Faith-Based Leader's Perspective bootcamp initiative will receive up to 60% tuition scholarships, a testament to the value we place on your potential contribution. This reduction lowers the tuition for the 30-hour program to $495, representing a significant savings ($795 for the 60-hour program and $1495 for the 120-hour program). The BCC application and examination fee is $279 ($229 for National Certified Counselors).

There will be four 30-hour BCC Bootcamp Training programs: the fall 2025 inaugural in-person BCC Bootcamp training and three additional new training programs in 2026.
