David serves the business community in NW Arkansas, and beyond, by delivering programs that have direct impact on the psychological wellbeing of people where they work. For the past 16 years, David has been the Director of Guidance EAP, a full service Employee Assistance program that serves clients throughout the US. David also provides organizational development programs as a consultant, coach and trainer.

David has facilitated trainings to a broad spectrum of businesses including banking, food processing, retail, municipalities, law enforcement, transportation, medical and manufacturing. He is a nationally certified trainer in Mental Health First Aid USATM and Rapid Eye CheckTM. He has authored such programs as Reversity™ , (anti-prejudice) , Calm Wind™ (non-violent collaborations) and Improving Outcomes (law enforcement interactions w/ mentally ill persons). David is an active member in his local chapters of SHRM and ASTD.

David was awarded a Master’s degree from the University of Arkansas and is carries a certification in Employee Assistance (CEAP) as well as a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
David resides with his wife, Beth, in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
