Steve has been a therapist for more than 25 years and has managed a successful private practice for the last twelve years. In addition to his private practice, he has been an administrative and clinical supervisor and consultant for over twenty years. He has managed various outpatient nonprofit clinics including a position that served four counties in Northwest Arkansas. In these positions he has grown organizations and improved their ability to complete their mission and promote their values. In addition Steve has provided consultation and coaching to employees and business leaders that supported their planned growth and changes during crisis. As a recognized expert, he is frequently called upon to teach classes and give seminars on various topics such as ethics, personal and organizational communication, conflict management, team building and organizational leadership. He specializes in assisting individuals and organizations through group and individual experiences during crisis and change. He is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Approved Supervisor in Group and Individual Supervision.
